Carer & Family Responsibilities

Assisting employees to care for their children or dependents is part of the University’s strategy for attracting and retaining high-calibre staff. The Equity Office supports staff with family and carer responsibilities.

A variety of resources and initiatives are available to assist staff with parenting and caring responsibilities including the Toolkit on Combining Parenting and a Career, voluntary advisers and a seminar series presenting current research into topics of interest.
