Deadlines

NOTE: The University of British Columbia, The University of Toronto, McMaster University and Queen's University in Canada, the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland, and the University of Salamanca in Spain have only one application deadline a year. Applications for exchanges starting either Semester Two 2012 or Semester One 2013 are all due on 1 February 2012.

• 1 February 2012 for the University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, McMaster University, Queen's University, Glasgow School of Art, and the University of Salamanca. 
• 1 June 2012 for the University of California and the University of Washington.
• 1 August 2012 for all other universities.

• 1 December 2012 for the University of California and the University of Washington
• 1 February 2013 for all other universities (including Semester One 2014 exchanges to the University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, McMaster University, Queen's University, Glasgow School of Art, and the University of Salamanca).

Note: Although applications are due on the 1st of February, we will be accepting supporting documents after the deadline but please ensure you have put your online application by the deadline.

If you miss the Auckland Abroad application closing date, don't despair! Consult the Auckland Abroad staff.

If places are still available at your proposed host university, if you are eligible and if the host university's closing date has not passed, we may still be able to process your application and nominate you for the exchange.
