Passport to Adventure
Get amongst it to get into it!
Adam Clearwater receives the iPad from Student Engagement Manager Marie-Jo Wilson.
Congratulations to first-year Science student Adam Clearwater, the winner of the iPad competition.
He says, “At such a large University, a lot of events happen without you hearing too much about them. It’s great to have the Adventure website available for us to see what’s coming up. And the mailing list is awesome too, it gets everyone talking about the events, and going along.”
Adam is in his first year studying Science, majoring in Maths and Physics. The Christchurch student came to Auckland to start his degree as he believes Auckland is “the best uni in New Zealand.” Adam is frequently asked if he moved here because of the earthquakes, but for him it was an academic choice.
To join the mailing list, send your name, Student ID number and email address to adventure@auckland.ac.nz.
