Parenting support
We recognise that it can be very stressful to juggle parenthood with the demands of studying. This page lists the support and spaces available to students who are parents.
Our support services include:
- Early childhood education centres
- Parent Space
- Parent rooms at the libraries
- Breastfeeding facilities
Student Parent Resource Officer
The Student Parent Resource Officer (SPRO) is part of the Welfare, Advocacy, Voice and Education (WAVE) team at the Auckland University Students’ Association.
The SPRO is the support and advocacy person for student parents. For more information on the SPRO and contact details, visit the AUSA website.
