Public Policy Club
A non-partisan club that aims to involve students from all backgrounds in the education and development of political knowledge. PPC has a specific focus on increasing youth engagement in politics by encouraging and educating youth to discover their political voices.
PPC members enjoy a range of perks such as special access to its competitions and events. In addition, PPC seeks to provide members with useful information on subjects like voting processes, current election promises and on other topical issues.
The Public Policy Club is also open to working with faculty staff members, community groups, organisations and other clubs. The executive committee team is made up of 17 people who lead six teams: professional development, civic engagement, graphics, social/marketing, content and competitions. Each team has three to six team members referred to as ‘PPC Delegates’.
PPC is an enthusiastic group of people committed to policy and engagement in New Zealand.
