Zachary Gravatt Memorial Scholarship Fund
Zachary Gravatt was a medical student at the Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences at The University of Auckland.
Tragically, Zac died in July 2009 aged 22 years after contracting meningococcal septicaemia. This scholarship recognises the spirit and enthusiasm which Zac applied to his life and his studies, which involved overcoming his dyslexia. This scholarship will support professional development and training for Year IV to VI medical students in the MBChB course who have overcome significant personal challenges to succeed with their studies and who show excellence in clinical skills.
