S.O.U.L Yoga Club
Students of Universal Love Yoga and Meditation Club started in 2012 to help the students in their study by teaching few simple yoga postures for the body and meditation for the mind. It is free voluntary service for the interested students without discrimination of belief, religion, gender or nationality. Proper food, proper exercise need for a healthy body. Proper thought and good company need for healthy mind. Therefore Ananda Marga teaches meditation course which covers stress management, mental concentration and intuitional development through meditation. Meditation is a science, not any religion. Yoga is not just an exercise but a combination of different techniques to maintain a balance or harmony among physical, psychic and intuition. Progress in material word has side effect on mental world. Yoga helps to maintain a balance in between external world and internal world.
