Access to NIP facilities: As a collaborator or a company co-location
While individual agreements can be arranged to suit your specific needs, our two standard offerings are detailed below:

1 Collaborators can negotiate access to this benefit for an additional $200 a month.
2 Co-locating companies can access this benefit for an additional $75 a month.
Base fees
Collaborators (per individual): $150 + GST per quarter or $600 + GST per annum.
Company co-location: Fees for office, workshop or laboratory spaces are calculated on a per square metre rate, starting from $695 + GST per sqm per annum.
