Educational Leadership

Overview

Studies in Educational Leadership allow aspiring and current educational leaders to further develop their skills, knowledge and abilities in educational leadership and conduct research in this area.

Areas of study

Courses include educational leadership, undertaking research for school improvement, and optional education and business courses including courses in education law, educational change, mentoring, policy, education and culture, and organisation and human resources management. A research thesis option or taught courses option is available for the masters programme.

The programme includes in-depth study of research relevant to educational leadership.You will gain the theoretical understandings and practical skills needed to make a difference to the quality of education in current and future workplaces.
