Change or reset your password

When selecting a new password, use a passphrase that is more than 16 characters in length (for details, go to Choosing a password).

When changing or resetting your password there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes for changes to take effect.

Change your existing password

If you would like to change your existing password, go to Password change.

Can't log in? Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it:

  • Go to the password reset page
  • Enter your email address
  • You will then be guided through the password-reset process.
