FMHS Fitness to Practise Privacy Notice

The University collects personal and health information about you, a health professional student, in order to enrol you in your programme of study and to administer your study. We will generally process your personal and health information in accordance with the University Privacy Statement. If you are part of a Fitness to Practise process, we will also process your personal and health information in the following ways in accordance with the FMHS Fitness to Practise Framework:

• We will share relevant personal and health information with the Chair and members of the Fitness to Practise panel and any other University staff involved in managing Fitness to Practise procedures.
• Where health concerns are relevant to the Fitness to Practise process, we may collect health and other information about you from your health providers or disclose health and other information about you to your health providers and responsible authorities.
