Purchase orders

The University of Auckland uses purchase orders for most of its commercial transactions for goods and services. Purchase orders are placed on behalf of any faculty, department or other branch or agency of the University by the Shared Transaction Centre.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase order transactions other than where a University of Auckland contract agreement is in place in which case said contractual agreement takes precedence.
