Change or reset your password

When selecting a new password please remember that it must be between nine and fifty characters in length.  More information on how to choose a strong password is here.

When changing or resetting your password there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes for changes to take effect.

If you would like to change your existing password, visit Password change.

If you have forgotten your password please follow the reset steps:

• Go to the password reset page
• Enter your email address
• You will then be guided through the password-reset process.
