Open Day transport terms and conditions

Where the University of Auckland offers transport to and from the event, the following outlines the responsibilities and extent of supervision provided:

• Participants are responsible to ensure they arrive at the designated pick-up location 15 minutes before the departure time.
• There will be no supervision on the buses and participants are responsible for themselves during the ride and for their belongings.
• The University will be responsible to meet participants arriving at the event and will provide information to help them enjoy the event.
• While at the University, participants will be free to explore the event and will be responsible for themselves.
• At the end of the event the participants will be responsible to arrive at the designated pick-up point, 15 minutes before the departure time, for their return transport.
