Fulbright Awards to study masters of laws

The Auckland Law School congratulates our alumni who have been granted 2019 Fulbright General Graduate Awards.

Our other graduates include:

Sarah Alawi
Sarah, who graduated with a BA and LLB (Hons) from the University of Auckland in 2015, will specialise in Dispute Resolution for a Master of Laws at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Jack Davies
Jack, who graduated with an LLB (Hons) and a BA in Political Studies and International Relations from the University of Auckland in 2017 is specialising in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration, for his Master of Laws at New York University, New York City.

Robert Schultz
Robert, who graduated with a BA and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Auckland in 2014, will specialise in Dispute Resolution for a Master of Laws at Columbia University in New York City.

The Fulbright programme was established in 1946 as an initiative of US Senator J. William Fulbright, to promote mutual understanding through educational and cultural exchanges between the US and other countries.

Notable New Zealand Fulbright alumni include judges Matthew Palmer, Sir David Baragwanath and Sir Kenneth Keith.
