Campus Card system upgrade in 2026

The University is migrating the Campus Card system to the cloud as part of ongoing work to improve and modernise services staff and students use on campus.

The upgrade will take place from Friday 16 January (5pm onwards) to Monday 19 January (before 6am).

The card system upgrade won’t affect your building access during this period, but services linked to the Campus Card system may be unavailable, including:

• Access to printers, copiers and scanners on campus
• Campus Card top-ups
• Access to Hiwa and its facilities (including lockers)
• Onsite Campus Card printing.
