Easier way to make health, safety and wellbeing reports coming

From Tuesday 1 September, staff, students and visitors will be able to make health, safety and wellbeing reports quickly and easily, using SAY SOMETHING, SEE SOMETHING – MAKE A DIFFERENCE! QR codes, to be available on posters across faculties, on e-screens, and lecture theatre screens.

We all need to report concerns, incidents, accidents and hazards as soon as possible. It's essential information for the University and helps keep everyone safe.

You will be able to scan the QR code and submit a report.

Staff can continue to use the University's existing incident reporting system or use the new QR codes.

Both reporting options ensure reports are sent to the correct team, and managed appropriately.
