New way to report safety concerns coming soon

From Monday 3 August, staff, students and visitors will be able to make health, safety and wellbeing reports quickly and easily, using QR codes on posters that will be available across faculties, service divisions and on-campus digital screens.

If you:

• Witness an incident
• Identify a hazard
• Experience a near miss

You will be able to scan the QR code and submit a report.

Staff can continue to use the University's existing incident reporting system or use the new QR code.

Both reporting options ensure reports are sent to the correct team, and managed appropriately.
