What's On terms and conditions

1. Eligibility This giveaway is open to current students of Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland unless otherwise stated. Valid student identification will be required.
2. Entry requirements To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the giveaway post. Entries that are incomplete, late or do not meet the requirements may be deemed invalid.
3. Prize availability All prizes are subject to availability. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, it may be substituted with an item of equal or similar value at the organiser’s discretion.
4. Limited stock Prizes are limited in quantity and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis where applicable.
5. No rain checks No rain checks will be offered if prizes run out. Once all prizes have been claimed, the giveaway is considered closed.
6. Non-transferable Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner selection and notification Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) through the platform used for the giveaway. Winners must respond within a given timeframe (usually 3 working days). If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, they forfeit the prize and another winner may be selected.
8. Collection of prizes Winners may be required to collect their prize within a specified timeframe and location. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
9. Organiser’s rights The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
10. Liability The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the giveaway or accepting a prize.
11. Timeframe The giveaway commences and ends at the times and dates specified in the post description. No entries will be accepted before the start or after the end of the promotional period.  
12. Acceptance of terms Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

This giveaway is run via the University of Auckland broadcast channel and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third party unless otherwise stated.

The University of Auckland will never request payment from students, staff, or alumni for giveaways. For your safety, always ensure communication comes from official University channels, specifically, direct messages from University of Auckland's Instagram account @universityofauckland.
