Access to NIP facilities: As a collaborator or a company co-location
While individual agreements can be arranged to suit your specific needs, our two standard offerings are detailed below:

1 Collaborators can negotiate access to this benefit for an additional $200 a month.
2 Co-locating companies can access this benefit for an additional $75 a month.
Base fees
Collaborators (per individual): TBC, per annum, charged quarterly
Company co-location: Calculated on a per square metre rate, dependent on inclusions. Office-based co-location space TBC per sq m per annum. Lab and workshop co-location space TBC per sq m per annum.
Any pricing listed is indicative only; final fees will be negotiated during the co-location proposal process.
