SET reports

Accessing SET reports

Course and teacher evaluation reports will be available shortly after the close of the evaluation period. These reports are generated by the SET system.

Please note: From Q3 and S2 2023, there are small changes to SET reports. SET Teaching Reports now only include the teacher results and are distributed in the same way as previous SET Course & Teaching Reports. SET Course Reports are now distributed to teachers in addition to all previous roles.

Reports are available through the SET Reports menu item on any Canvas course page, or an emailed link to a specific report, or via the SET portal.

Additional information about your SET report

Department Heads and Deans: Accessing past SET reports (from 2016 onwards):

Academic Heads and Deans are able to access and download Academic Unit SET Reports and SET Course Reports (and faculty-level SET reports for Deans) via the SET portal. Additional data is available on the SET dashboard on EIP. If you have trouble accessing reports, please contact quality@auckland.ac.nz for assistance.

Additional reporting

Additional reporting on course evaluation results is available in the SET Course Evaluations - Quantitative Results Dashboard can be accessed via the Enterprise Insights Portal (EIP).

Pre-SET course and teaching evaluation reports

CECIL was decommissioned on 30 September, 2021. The CECIL Enterprise Learning Management System was removed as a storage device from October 2021, including for teaching evaluations. Staff were requested to extract any data needed prior to 30 September 2021 when CECIL was decommissioned.

SET reports are available for evaluated courses since 2016.
