Printing with Windows devices

To print from your Windows device you need to be connected to UoA-WiFi.

1. Ensure you are connected to UoA-WiFi (you will not be able to print from UoA-Guest-WiFi).

2. Download the software from papercut.com.

3. A file called pc-mobility-print-printer-setup.exe should automatically download. If it does not download you may have to manually grant permission. You will find the file listed under 'Downloads' on the top right corner of your screen.

4. Run the application. Select a language for setup and accept the licence agreement.

5. You will be prompted to select the printers you want access to. Choose FollowMe-BW and FollowMe-Colour. Click Next.

6. Use your University username and password when prompted to enter your login credentials. Click Next and the software will install.

7. After sending your print job find a FollowMe printer and tap your Campus Card (ID card) on the card sensor.

8. Click print-release to print your document.
