FlexIT Software Application List
Important information on Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe have recently released a statement clarifying their licensing terms. Unfortunately this means that Adobe Creative Cloud is only available on FlexIT to students in specific courses in CAI and Arts that have purchased student licenses.
Software you can install on your computer
A number of software applications are also available for installation on your personally-owned computer while you are a student. The applications are:
- Autodesk Suite (permanent free student license for 1 year)
- GraphPad Prism (30 day fully-functional trial)
- MatLab (permanent work-at-home while a student)

FlexIT has an ever-increasing number of software applications that the University is licensed to use. Please check back regularly. Students should contact their course co-ordinator if there is a software application that would be useful to be on FlexIT that is not on this list.
If there are any course errors on this list, please email flexit@auckland.ac.nz.
Where the University can offer the software application for everyone, it will be available to all. Sometimes software applications are only licensed for specific faculties or courses. You will only see in FlexIT the applications that you have access to.
