Our Career Expos attract thousands of students each year – and they’re your chance to scale up your student engagement, meeting prospective future employees from a diverse range of disciplines and backgrounds.

Wednesday 18 September Health and Wellness Careers (for employers with opportunities in non-clinical roles in the health and wellness sector) Registrations will open shortly.
Wednesday 2 October Summer Work Pop-up (for employers with non-vocational/‘summer job’ opportunities eg: part-time/retail/hospitality/seasonal work)

What’s included in your registration

For the Business and Law, STEM, and Internship and Graduate Career Expos, your registration will include:

Standard booths

  • Expo space with velcro-receptive backing boards (for you to attach your own signage, and space for pull up banners and flags)
  • Trestle table and tablecloth
  • Lighting
  • Up to four people from your organisation (at your stand at any one time)
  • Morning tea and lunch included for up to four representatives
  • Power supply is optional and will incur an additional charge of $50.00+GST

Pop-up option

  • Bar leaner (approx. 70cm diameter)
  • Up to two people from your organisation (at your stand at any one time)
  • Morning tea and lunch included for up to two representatives

Booth and pop-up i.e. all registered organisations

  • Wireless internet connection
  • Extensive marketing and promotion as an exhibitor to students through print, email, social, and internal communications channels
  • On-the-day photos of your team at your booth (with professional photographer)
  • Parking for one vehicle in Owen G Glenn Building

The Summer Work Pop-up and Health and Wellness Career Expo are slightly smaller events than our big three career expos and our set-up reflects this. For these two events, your registration will include:

  • Trestle table and tablecloth
  • Wireless internet connection
  • Extensive marketing and promotion of the event to students through print, email, social, and internal communications channels
  • Up to four people from your organisation (at your stand at any one time)

If you’re unable to attend our career expos in person, you can join us for our virtual alternative that will give you an active presence at the event. Virtual booths are only available for our Business and Law, STEM, and Internship and Graduate Career Expos. Please note that virtual spaces are limited, and we will offer these on a first-come first-served basis. Included in this package are:

  • Expo space with Velcro-receptive backing boards (for you to attach your own signage, and space for pull up banners and flags)
  • Trestle table and tablecloth
  • Wireless internet connection
  • AV equipment, including laptop/s and optional extras - please enquire with EE team for additional information
  • Zoom link (so you can connect on the day)
  • On-the-day photos of your booth (with professional photographer)
  • Extensive marketing and promotion of the event to students through print, email, social, and internal communications channels
  • Post-event report showing attendance data and relevant demographics, along with student / employer feedback
  • 1x CDES representative present at your booth (or if you have a representative in NZ feel free to send them along to be your rep!)
