Online screening tools can help you explore whether pursuing a formal diagnosis might be right for you. These tools are not diagnostic, but they can provide useful insights and guide your next steps.
Some commonly used screening tools include:
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Autism Spectrum Quotient
- Autism and Asperger Diagnostic Scale
- *Dyslexia self-assessment
- *Dyslexia screening test
- *Dyscalculia test for adults
- *Adult Dyspraxia questionnaire
- *Dysgraphia screening

Pursuing a formal diagnosis
If you decide to seek a formal diagnosis, the next step is to arrange an assessment with a qualified professional.
- Your GP or healthcare provider can refer you to a specialist.
