This Scholarship was established under the Will of the late Mr Joseph Raynes to promote the study of Drawing, Painting, or Design in the programme for the Diploma in Fine Arts with Honours. With the revocation of the Regulations for the Diploma, the Scholarship was made available to those taking the degree of Master of Fine Arts.
