A $4,500 Scholarship for BA or BA conjoint students enrolled in Stage II History and/or English courses who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.

The Scholarship was established in 1925 by the Trustees of the estate of the late Lissie Rathbone.

The main purpose of the Scholarship is to encourage and support undergraduate students in the study of both English and History at Stage II.
