Deputy Vice-Chancellor Operations and Registrar

The Ihorua Whakahaere Kaitiaki Rēhitatanga, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Operations and Registrar ensures the efficient operation of the Student and Scholarly Services division, as well as the Legal and General Administration functions, aligning them to the University’s mission and strategic goals. This role also provides leadership on initiatives that address key opportunities or challenges, enabling the University to achieve its long-term goals.  

Adrienne joined the University of Auckland in 2006. Prior to this, she held several roles in New Zealand’s higher education sector, including Director Corporate Services at Manawatu Polytechnic and University Registrar at Massey University.

Her background includes marketing, lending and risk management roles in the banking sector. Adrienne is a Fellow of CPA and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia as well as a former Trustee of UniSaver Ltd.
