Free e-bike and e-scooter safety checks
Twice a year, we offer safety checks for e-bikes and e-scooters in selected communal bike cages.
Semester One checks
In the week beginning 23 March, technicians from Bespoke Cycles will be offering safety checks for e-bikes and e-scooters. Checks are free for all students and staff.
Checks will include:
- Battery voltage, discharge current and charger safety
- Bolts, headset bearing and wheel bearing
- Brake pads and chain wear
- Minor brake and other adjustments if required
The technicians will be onsite in selected bike cages from 7.30am until 4.30pm on the dates below.
There is no need for booking, and the team will be able to help you on arrival.
If time permits, the technicians can also complete safety checks on standard bikes and scooters.
