Eligibility

The purpose of this service is for Tāmaki staff to travel to the City Campus for University business, and for City Campus-based staff to travel to Tāmaki Campus for University business only. For clarity, the staff minibus is not a "park-and-ride" service for staff based on the City Campus.

There is a seating priority on the minibus for:

Eligible staff are asked to board the minibus in this order of priority.

Postgraduate students are eligible to use the service during Semester Break.

Members of staff of onsite partners of the University are not eligible to use this service.

This is not a park and ride service and should not be used as a substitute for public or private transportation to or from work.

What you'll need to access the staff minibus service

Access to the service is granted by presentation of your staff ID card to the driver. It is the responsibility of staff to have their ID cards with them in order to use the service.
