If you can’t remember your ID or the right email – you can get in touch with our call centre who should be able to help. You can request help online here (select ‘alumni’ as your student type) or give the call centre a ring on 0800 61 62 65
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking the ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ link on the University log in page.
