Don’t miss out on a $10,000 International Student Scholarship

The University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship, valued at NZ$10,000, give outstanding international students a chance to study with us.

The University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship, established in 2016, give the best and brightest students from all over the world an opportunity to study at New Zealand’s top-ranked university. Applications open on October 10 for study in Semester One 2019, and we welcome all high quality international applicants at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

New full-fee paying international students undertaking a postgraduate diploma or taught masters of 120 points or more, or an undergraduate degree with overseas secondary or post-secondary qualifications are eligible for the NZ$10,000 scholarship.

The International Student Scholarship has helped me accomplish my dream of doing my masters degree at the University of Auckland. It was a great relief financially and also, for me personally, it was a proud moment to be a scholarship recipient at a university with a global reputation.

The International Office recently invited the latest scholarship winners to lunch at Alfred Nathan House to celebrate their achievements. William Ho, Senior International Business Development Manager, welcomed the students and presented them with a certificate and a University t-shirt as a memento.
