Private Classes and Workshops

Looking to book a private group class or workshop in our premium fitness and wellness spaces? Whether you're planning a team-building session, celebrating a special occasion, or just want a class all to yourselves we’ve got you covered.

A private class or workshop is a one-off, single session booking from our timetable, delivered just for you and your group. We’ll set up the space, welcome you at the door via special access, and deliver a high-quality experience led by our expert instructors.

Private classes

A private class is just that - a class! It’s perfect if you want a one-off version of any session we already offer on our timetable, delivered in a more intimate setting.

  • Format: Standard class format (e.g., Yoga, Spin, Pilates, Stretch, etc.)
  • Duration: 30–60 minutes depending on the class type
  • Focus: Movement-based with minimal talking or instruction outside of the class flow
  • Includes: Instructor, equipment (setup charged separately), studio space, special access

This is a great option for small groups, team building, or just treating yourself to a bit of exclusive time on the mat, bike, or floor. If you have something specific in mind, or the above offerings don't quite capture your needs and requirements, we can create customised options.

Private workshops

A workshop is more than just a class, it’s an immersive experience that may include education, discussion, hands-on learning and other additional perks.

  • Format: A custom session with elements of education, theory, and practical movement
  • Duration: 45–60 minutes, plus optional discussion or Q&A
  • Focus: Deeper exploration of a topic or practice (e.g., breathwork technique breakdown, movement education, mindfulness and recovery strategies, etc.)
  • Includes: Instructor, equipment (setup charged separately), studio space, special access, 10% discount at Ōra Café and/or an educational piece about what you have just learnt.

Workshops are ideal for corporate groups, wellness-focused team sessions, or groups wanting something more interactive, reflective, or informative than a standard class.

Important information

  • Bookings are for single sessions only - classes or workshops.
  • Group size depends on the space booked.
  • No external instructors are permitted. All sessions must be led by our qualified instructors.
  • Individual instructors (e.g. dance teachers) must be employed as a Personal Trainer at UoA and rent space accordingly.
  • All current bookings in progress will honour previous rates.
  • For group package deals or multi-session options, stay tuned - we’re working on this for the future.
