How to initiate the importation of low-risk GMOs in containment.
Importation of low-risk GMOs into an MPI-approved University containment facility requires an HSNO approval and an MPI permit.
The University holds HSNO approval, which allows the import of a broad range of low-risk GMOs (such as genetically modified E. coli and cell lines) as well as other HSNO approvals for the import of animal and plant GMOs.
