Enter the 2025 Research Showcase

The School of Graduate Studies Research Showcase is an annual competition and celebration of doctoral research. It is open to all currently enrolled doctoral candidates at the University of Auckland. NEW DEADLINE: Entries close on Friday 17 October. 

The 2025 Research Showcase runs from Tuesday 11 November to Thursday 13 November, with an Interactive Exhibition and Prizegiving on Thursday 13 November.

NEW! For the first time this year, we have introduced two Research Image sub-categories: AI and non-AI.

Why enter the Research Showcase?

The SGS Research Showcase is a unique opportunity for you to creatively communicate your doctoral research and its impact to a general audience. By taking part, you can:
