The course is ideal if you're using Inspera for the first time or want a refresher before exams.

Inspera workshops for students
Our workshops provide a practical introduction to Inspera before exam day.
You'll learn:
- The different assessment modes in Inspera
- How to navigate the platform during an exam
- How to avoid common technical issues

You'll also have the opportunity to practise using Inspera under exam-like conditions.
Device support
What do I do if Inspera isn't working?
The Student IT Hub can help diagnose and troubleshoot Inspera-related issues.
What if I don't have a suitable laptop for my assessment?
We offer day-loan laptops for students who do not have a suitable device for Inspera assessments. Availability is limited, so we recommend trying to trouble-shoot any Inspera issues before requesting a day-loan service.
Can I borrow a webcam?
Yes. Webcams are available for loan if your device has a faulty camera or microphone.
Can I borrow a laptop for the whole semester?
Long-term laptop loans are available for students experiencing accessibility barriers or financial hardship. These devices are not provided solely for the purposes of sitting Inspera assessments.
Can I use a Chromebook or tablet?
No. Chromebooks and tablets commonly enounter issues running the Inspera Integrity Browser. If you use one of these devices, you will need access to a compatible computer before your assessment.
