How to pay your fees online by internet banking.
Internet banking payment through Student Services Online
Payments made through internet banking are processed the following working day and will appear on your fees account by midday. Once payment has been processed, you will then be able to generate a receipt.
You can pay your fees by internet banking on Student Services Online from the following major New Zealand banks:
- ANZ
- ASB
- BNZ
- KiwiBank
- The Co-Operative Bank
- TSB
- Westpac
Instructions
- Sign into Student Services Online.
- Click on the ‘Fees and Payments’ icon.
- The ‘Account Summary’ page will appear showing how much is due now and in the future.
- Click 'Make a Payment' and the 'Make a Payment' page will appear with the different available payment options.
- From the Select the Payment Method section accept the Pay by Internet Banking (Account 2 Account) option.
- Enter the amount of your payment in the Payment Amount (NZ Dollars) field.
- Click the 'Continue with payment?' icon.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment using Windcave account 2 account site.

Your student ID number and Payment Reference Number will automatically be included when making a payment via internet banking.
Processing time
Approved payments will generally appear on your University fees account as soon as the transaction is completed online.
Paying fees from China

If you are an ICBC account holder, you can use ICBC to transfer you rtuition fees payment to the University. See ICBC payments.
Why is my bank transfer payment for my tuition fees not showing on my account?
If your payment is still not showing on your fees account, then please advise us the following details:
- Amount paid
- Exact date of the payment
- University Bank account number and suffix code into which your payment was made
- Name of the third party if the payment was made on your behalf
- Screen shot of your payment transfer (if available)
