How to pay your fees by international banking transfer.

Payment by logging into Student Services Online using Pay by Flywire-International is preferred. For instructions on how to use this payment method, see Pay by Flywire.

If you choose to pay by telegraphic transfer, it is your responsibility to ensure we can identify your payment. Please state your full name and student number on the telegraphic transfer.

Use the student's last name, then first name and Student ID number as the payment reference.

Processing time

Please note that it can take several days for a bank to process a telegraphic transfer.

Ensure you make your payment with enough time for it to arrive and clear by the relevant due date, otherwise you may be charged a late payment fee

Using Pay by Flywire by logging into Student Services Online will be faster and you will not incur extra bank charges by using this secure service.

Third party payments / payment on behalf of international student

Our secure Flywire Third Party Student Payments allows third parties (parents, guardians or others) to pay fees on behalf of a University of Auckland student using telegraphic transfer (bank transfer) or debit/credit card without having access to confidential student information.
