About Generation Changemaker
Generation Changemaker is the University's co-curricular programme with a focus on climate action and innovation and entrepreneurship for incoming study abroad students.
Is Generation Changemaker for me?
If you get excited about exploring creative solutions to global problems and working with your peers to take meaningful action, while immersing yourself in a new culture and country, then Generation Changemaker is for you!
Climate action
Drawing on human-centered design techniques, this weekend-long workshop will focus on climate action. You’ll learn about how modern life generally and studying abroad specifically contribute to the emissions which cause global warming. You will be given practical tips and tools to reduce your personal ecological footprint and to consider your own changemaker profile and where you can make the most impact. A day planting tree trip will be followed by the workshop.
