At the Auckland Rugby Academy, you’ll receive the same specialist coaching in technical and tactical skills, nutrition, and strength and conditioning as Auckland’s elite rugby players. You can choose between morning and afternoon session times to work around your academic class timetable.

To apply for the high performance rugby programme, you must: 

• Submit an online application to the University of Auckland for the Study Abroad programme (programme code: COPOS).
• Email our rugby programme coordinator at studyabroad-partner@auckland.ac.nz. The coordinator will send you more detailed information about the rugby component and will put you in touch with the Auckland Rugby Academy to arrange the specifics of your training programme.

After you have been accepted into the Study Abroad programme, you can choose and enrol in your three academic courses, creating a timetable that works for you.
