Postgraduate study in Primary Teaching

What can you study in Primary Teaching?

We offer a range of different options for study in Primary Teaching at postgraduate level. All of them provide excellent teaching and access to the latest research and techniques in a faculty whose education programmes are rated in the top two percent internationally.
The one-year Graduate Diploma prepares graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to begin working as a primary or intermediate teacher. It emphasises practical experience in school to apply theoretical learning and first-hand understanding of teaching and learning contexts.
The one-year Master of Teaching (Primary) develops high-achieving graduates into competent teachers who can use inquiry tools to improve their teaching practice.
The Master of Education Practice is aimed at teachers with two years’ experience or more who wish to fast-track their learning, learn about the latest research and investigate their teaching practice and context. It is taught part-time outside of school hours through an effective blend of online and face-to-face delivery.
