The Future of Sustainability virtual conference
Our staff and students have full access to the 2025 Australasian Campuses Towards Sustainability virtual conference, 5-7 November.

Whether you work directly in sustainability, study or teach it, or are simply passionate about creating a better future, The Future of Sustainability Conference is for you. The 2025 virtual event is designed to inspire, educate and empower participants at every level.
Across three days of online programming, you’ll learn from sustainability experts, discover best practices, and connect with peers across Australasia. Expect to leave with fresh ideas, valuable insights, and practical strategies you can use to lead change in your own context.
Mark your calendar: 5–7 November 2025
Thanks to institution-wide registration, all staff and students can attend at no cost. You can also join or create a local Conference Hub on campus, adding in-person connection to the shared virtual experience.
The preliminary conference program, including schedules, session descriptions and speaker list is available to view on the conference website. The program is organised across three streams:
- Transforming Practice: Rethinking institutional systems and embedding sustainability across operations, infrastructure and governance.
- Learning for Change: Highlighting transformative learning experiences, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Building a Just Transition: Centering justice, inclusion and Indigenous knowledge in sustainability practice.
Be sure to check out the program and start planning your own schedule.
