There are many things to organise before you arrive at The University of Auckland. Have a look through the information below to find out what you should know about before you get here.

    We have accommodation options for both undergraduate and postgraduate students and a team on site that will help you find somewhere to stay.

    Here you can find out about fees, student loans, student allowances, research funding and hardship support — and get some sensible financial advice.

  • Username and password

    Used to access CECIL, student email, Student Services Online, Library databases, and the internet.

  • Student ID cards

    You must have a Student ID card, and carry it with you on campus.

  • Emergencies and personal safety

    Important contact details in case of an accident or emergency, and information about the University’s security service, Unisafe.

  • Support and services

    Support and services are available on campus, from health and wellbeing services to learning resources.

  • Visiting our campuses

    A good way to familiarise yourself with the University is to visit your campus. You can do this independently or take a guided tour.
