Our University-managed self-catered accommodation offers a more independent way of living, just a short walk from campus and at rates comparable to private accommodation in Auckland.

You’ll have the freedom to cook and manage your own routine, while still benefiting from the support and community of University Accommodation, including:

• Pastoral care and wellbeing support
• Access to a wide range of University services

Weekly fees range from $330–$500 per week.*

 *2026 pricing for single rooms based on a 52-week residential agreement. Costs vary depending on room type and facilities, with higher fees for larger rooms that include an ensuite and kitchenette.
