Carlaw Park Student Village (CPSV) is located adjacent to the Auckland Domain, the city's oldest park and home to the War Memorial Museum. It is only a short walk to the Owen G. Glenn Building and the heart of the City Campus.
CPSV is home to 697 residents across 7 blocks. Undergraduate and postgraduate students reside in three- and four-bedroom apartments.
CPSV operates 24/7 to ensure you have support available 24 hours a day. The Accommodation Management team provides personal support throughout your stay and arranges a number of social and recreational activities during the year, supported by the Resident Adviser Team.

*Semester One residential period is only available to students coming to study for Semester One only, or students completing their studies at the end of Semester One.
Room types
- Each apartment includes furnished bedrooms, kitchen and lounge, as well as access to the University's WiFi.
- You will need to provide your own linen and towels, however a linen pack can be purchased from the residence prior to arrival.
- Electricity, water and laundry are included in the weekly rental costs.
