Carlaw Park Student Village
Carlaw Park Student Village is the University's largest purpose-built self-catered student accommodation for new and returning undergraduate (not school leaver) and postgraduate students.
About the residence
Carlaw Park Student Village is located adjacent to the Auckland Domain, the city's oldest park and home to the War Memorial Museum. On top of this it is only a short walk away from the Owen G. Glenn Building.
Carlaw Park Student Village is home to 697 residents in a combination of two, three and four bedroom apartments.
The Accommodation Management team provides personal support throughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activities during the year. Our Resident Advisers all live on site to ensure you have a duty person available 24 hours a day.

* The semester one residential period is only available to those students coming to study for semester one only, or those students completing thier studies at the end of semester one.
- Each apartment comes with bedroom, kitchen and lounge furniture and wireless internet connection.
- You will need to provide your own linen and towels, however a linen pack can be purchased from the residence prior to arrival.
- Electricity, water, and University WiFi is included.

While there is a limited number family accommodation, we cannot garuntee the availability of these spaces to offer during each application cycle as this will vary.
