Carlaw Park Student Village is the University's largest purpose-built self-catered student accommodation for new and returning undergraduate (not school leaver) and postgraduate students.

Carlaw Park Student Village (CPSV) is located adjacent to the Auckland Domain, the city's oldest park and home to the War Memorial Museum. It is only a short walk to the Owen G. Glenn Building and the heart of the City Campus.

CPSV is home to 697 residents across 7 blocks. Undergraduate (not school leaver) and postgraduate students reside in three- and four-bedroom apartments. This property also offers limited two-bedroom apartments for families with young children (see specific age criteria).

CPSV operates 24/7 to ensure you have support available 24 hours a day. The Accommodation Management team provides personal support throughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activities during the year, supported by the Resident Adviser Team.

Each apartment includes furnished bedrooms, kitchen and lounge, as well as a wireless internet connection.
You will need to provide your own linen and towels, however a linen pack can be purchased from the residence prior to arrival.
Electricity, water and laundry are included in the weekly rental costs.

*A two-bedroom family apartment accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child under 15; or 2 adults and 1 child under 5, and an infant.
