How to provide feedback
If you are concerned about any aspect of the service you received we encourage you to take your concerns to the staff member involved, either by talking to them or by writing to them (email via the student portal system).
If you are not satisfied with their response, or feel you cannot address your concerns with them, you can speak with or write to the UHCS General Manager at, GeneralmanagerUHCS@auckland.ac.nz with the subject line "Attention General Manager."
We will confirm receipt of your feedback within two working days. Your feedback will then be investigated, which may involve contacting you to obtain further information. We will respond with an outcome within 10 working days. If more time is required to investigate, you will be advised and updated on the progress.
We also have a feedback box in the reception area of the Student Health and Counselling Service Centre where you are welcome to leave comments.
