- Doctor of Fine Arts (DocFA)
- Doctor of Health Sciences (DHSc)
- Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMedSc)

If you commenced your DClin(Psy), EdD, DocFA or MD prior to 1 January 2022, please view the applicable programme regulations in the calendar archive.
Submission

Document Description: Candidates must bring this form to the Graduate Centre with their written documentation for examination.
Note: This form must be signed by a Justice of the Peace (JP).
Examination

Document Description: Use the above two forms when nominating the appointment of examiners for the Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMedSc) only. For all other doctoral degrees, use DOC3.

DOC 9 (DocFA) Application to be Examined for a Doctor of Fine Arts Degree. Size: 187.5 kB.
Document Description: Candidates must apply in writing to be examined for the degree within 5 years of initial enrolment.
