The School of Graduate Studies works to support an outstanding graduate experience for all our named doctorate and PhD candidates.

COVID-19 update for doctoral candidates

The School of Graduate Studies has transferred operations online, and we are all now working from home.

The move online has been helped by changes to some of our usual processes and procedures. We encourage all doctoral candidate to read about these changes at Coronavirus updates for doctoral candidates.

Supporting prospective and current doctoral candidates and their supervisors remains our priority. Please be kind and have patience with us during this time - we are dealing with new working contexts and increased workloads, so some things may take a little longer than usual. Thank you in advance.

Update: Doctoral COVID-19 Hardship Fund

We have set up a new hardship fund for doctoral candidates facing significant financial hardship as a result of COVID-19 circumstances. You can find more information and an application link at Doctoral COVID-19 Hardship Fund.
