Welcome to the Campus Card self-service portal.

What you can do in self-service

Top up your print balance

You can top up your Campus Card balance right from the welcome page of the self-service portal. You’ll just need your bank account details for an account to account transfer. Campus Card balances are used for print and copy services around the University. The transaction is really fast to do and the funds are ready to use immediately.

Lost card

If you have lost your card or it has been stolen, you can use self-service to quickly and easily suspend the functionality of your card. If you find your card subsequently, you can also reactivate it.

To get a replacement, visit one of the Campus Card centres. There will be a replacement fee of $20. 

Important note: if you have door access attached to your Campus Card you must call security on 0800 373 7550 immediately to have your card changed for access.

New Campus Card photo

Upload your new Campus Card photo through self-service. Once uploaded your photo will be assessed by our staff for suitability before being made available to the University systems that use it, and of course for use on any new Campus Card that you need printed.

Please note: You can update your photo anytime but that will not automatically generate a new Campus Card. If you want a new card, visit one of the Campus Card Centres to ask. There will be a replacement fee of $20.
