University Mental Health Day: Grow your own food
What better way to celebrate University Mental Health Day than by recognising your own growth while learning how to cultivate fuel for your future self, right in the quad, surrounded by current and new friends.

Women’s Empowerment Self Defence
Designed to take you out of your comfort zone, both physically and mentally, the Self Defence Programme equips you with practical skills to confidently handle real-life scenarios. This programme is open to all students that identify as women.

Celebrate Pink Shirt Day with the university community to help stamp out bullying by celebrating diversity and promoting kindness and inclusion. Join in on events happening all around campus and don’t forget to wear your best pink outfit!
