What does it mean to eat for nourishment? Join us for our practical, beginner-friendly nutrition workshop and learn about key nutrition concepts, overcoming barriers to eating well, and tools to support your nutrition in a way that actually makes sense.

Women’s Empowerment Self Defence
Designed to take you out of your comfort zone, both physically and mentally, the Self Defence Programme equips you with practical skills to confidently handle real-life scenarios. This programme is open to all students that identify as women.

Pink Shirt Day
